Cancellation Policy
At IndiCar, we strive to ensure that our customers have a smooth and satisfactory car buying and service experience. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing any booking or payment on our platform.
1. Booking Cancellation – New and Used Cars
Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

You may cancel your booking by contacting our customer support team at least 48 hours prior to vehicle dispatch or dealer confirmation, whichever is earlier.

If cancelled before dealer confirmation, a full refund will be processed (excluding any applicable payment gateway charges).

If the cancellation is requested after the dealer has confirmed, a cancellation fee of up to ₹5,000 or 5% of the booking amount, whichever is higher, may be deducted.

IndiCar-Initiated Cancellations:

In the rare event that IndiCar or our partner dealer cannot fulfill the booking due to stock issues, price changes, or unforeseen circumstances, the full booking amount will be refunded.
2. Test Drive or Service Booking Cancellations
- You may cancel test drive or service appointments up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time at no cost.
- For cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, IndiCar reserves the right to levy a nominal fee of ₹299 as rescheduling or cancellation charge.
3. Car Loan, Insurance, or Value-Added Services

For financial services, cancellation policies will be as per respective lender or insurance provider terms.

Any charges collected for processing or consultation are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or the application has been submitted.
4. Refund Processing

Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed within 7-10 working days via the original mode of payment.

IndiCar is not responsible for delays caused by bank holidays or external payment processors.
5. Special Cases

For limited-period offers, high-demand models, or personalized orders, cancellation and refund may not be allowed once confirmed by the dealer.

If any additional cancellation charges are applicable, they will be clearly communicated during booking.
